**Summary**:- Is responsible of leading the Plant to operate and provide products and services with the quality and time expected; in an efficient and cost effective manner while meeting company business targets.
**Role**:- Stablish and ensure the plant operates in optimal conditions and safety culture.- Stablish and maintain company processes to ensure maximum capacity and resource utilization.- Develop strategies to achieve QVC targets.- Provide solid, consistent leadership, accountability and mentoring to all employees.- Lead the plant's efforts to develop personnel.- Responsible for P&L of the business unit.- Lead use of tools to improve business conditions such as: ICIM, Shainin, Lean, Problem Solving, etc.- Lead initiatives to reduce cost and increase productivity and delivery.
**Background**:- Bachelors in Engineering or other required.- Master degree is highly desired.- Bilingual (English/Spanish).- Strong use of Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving tools: ICIM/ Shainin / other.- Finance knowledge: P&L, Forecasting, budgets.- Coaching and management skills.- Flexibility to change: move to other location/ area.- Computer systems such as: Microsoft Office, Minitab, SAP are a must.
