Plant Manager

Job Description
This position will be responsible for all Rio Bravo plant operations, with a strong interaction with the Supply Chain department.
Interact with HR, Finance, and the Design department, to execute the best operational decisions, lead a cultural shift towards a results driven team, oversee efficiency and production, and ensure the plant consistently runs efficiently, safely.
Qualifications**_
Education & Experience_**
- Bilingual English - Spanish
- +10 Years experience in Manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business or Supply Chain.
- Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations.
- Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
- Revenue and controlling costs analysis.
- Drive general operations with Safety, Quality, & Engagement
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
