**Finalidad del trabajo**:Manage and control the organization's resources through corporate guidelines that allow satisfying the requirements of customers, shareholders (profitability of the business, growth, image of the company by technology and quality), community, care for the environment, personnel, stability, and development, suppliers, support and development**Responsabilidades y deberes del trabajo**:- Support the development of the IATF 16949 quality system and internal support to achieve the objectives acquired to keep customers satisfied.- Monitor the capacity of the operation in relation to the commitments made and provide the necessary resources (people, equipment) that allow us to ensure compliance- Comply with SOX regulations- Communicate Dana's values and implement the business code of ethics- Define metrics related to OEE improvements, to ensure the competitiveness of the products- Coordinate actions to achieve operational and planning for the reduction of- Inventories.- Implement environmental and safety requirements in accordance with Dana's and Local government
