To oversee Production, Maintenance and Industrialization operations, developing production plans in order to meet business objectives and legal requirements.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality output.Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall plant performance.Lead, mentor, and manage plant staff, including supervisors, technicians, and operators.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, focusing on team development and performance management.Ensure correct material supply maintaining inventory.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental laws.Implement and maintain safety protocols, conduct regular safety audits, and promote a culture of safety among employees.Develop and oversee production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and efficient use of resources.Coordinate with other departments (e.G., supply chain, maintenance) to align production activities with company goals.Prepare and manage the plant budget, including capital expenditures and operational costs.Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation.Responsible for Local Engineering manager to implement new technologies and develop production tools and methods to improve factory results.Responsible for Local R&D manager to implement new product documentation and adapt product to local needs to meet better costs.Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and manage maintenance staff.Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance plant operations.Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive continuous improvement.Provide regular reports to senior management on plant performance, including key metrics and operational challenges.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.Manage plant projects, including upgrades, expansions, and new initiatives.Coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring successful completion and integration.Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting production deadlines and maintaining product quality.Address customer concerns and feedback related to plant operations and product delivery.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with industry standards and company policies.Maintain records related to production, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Monitor and maintain product quality standards, ensuring adherence to company and industry guidelines
