.Eaton's VEH NAA North America Auto division is currently seeking a Plant Manager.
This position will be based at our Reynosa, Mexico location.

Ensure appropriate, effective, and timely functional communication.- Actively supporting and driving the Eaton Philosophies and Work Practices.- Develop and maintain ongoing manufacturing strategy in alignment with the strategic and tactical plans of the Torque Control Products Division & Fuel Emissions and Powertrain Controls Division.- Provide guidance to the Reynosa Leadership team's functional areas in the development of the Capital Plan, annual Profit Plan, as well as the Strategic Plan in alignment with the overall divisional group level plan.- Relentlessly provide leadership and guidance to the Operational Excellence functional area to ensure customer expectations are met while driving the integration of the Culture of Quality through deployment of the Eaton Business System.- Ensure all new Product Launches are Flawless.- Provide direction and overall leadership and support for Cost Out initiatives at both the plant and divisional levels.- Create an atmosphere and provide leadership that allows each manager to utilize his/her full potential to accomplish plant and divisional objectives.- Provide direction and leadership that supports an environment that fosters solid employee moral and relations.- Serve as a point of contact for public relations issues and events within the community
