Responsibilities:Determines and executes administrative policies through subordinate managers.Ensures the optimal operation of departments within the organization such as: Production, Quality, Finance, Materials, Engineering, Maintenance, Human Resources, Health & Safety, etc.Responsible for selecting, training, motivating, and developing staff, as well as acting as a facilitator. Also responsible for promoting and maintaining inter-departmental harmony.Represents the organization in industrial, commercial, or service trade associations to develop acceptance of the company, as well as to detect situations or trends that can affect the organization.Holds the organization's general power of attorney.Oversees operations to ensure safety and develop plans that help operations run smoothly.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience (5-10 years) in manufacturing operations management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.G., Lean, Six Sigma).Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in industrial environments.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certifications (e.G., Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE)) are a plus.Education and Certifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related field.Master's degree or MBA related to operations (or equivalent of education and experience).Travel Time Required: 20%#J-18808-Ljbffr
