You will effectively and efficiently supervise the development of your management team to achieve compliance with the plant's sales budget, always ensuring product quality. The plant manager is responsible for creating and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, customers and department managers ensuring the integration of strategic plans in the plant. Manage the material, financial and human resources of the operation based on the internal and corporate policies and guidelines, to achieve the previously defined objectives.The person who occupies this position must comply with and will enforce the company's Code of Conduct, adhering to each and every one of the points mentioned in the Code; as well as to all established policies and regulations.**ACCOUNTABILITIES**1. Organize and direct operational processes to meet customer expectations in terms of quality and delivery to position the Silao plant as a leading supplier in its field, achieve and maintain quality standards and requirements.2. Propose and meet the target annual business plans for the Silao plant approved by the corporate.3. Obtain and maintain the leadership team and qualified personnel motivated to achieve and maintain long-term stability and growth in the plant.4. Will be the leader in proposing and making business solutions and decisions always based on our values.5. Support the growth of AMTB, participating effectively with the corporate in matters of quotes, technology, commercial, and interaction with the client.6. Comply with responsibilities identified in IATF 16949, OHS, ISO 14000 and AMTB corporate procedures.7
