**Role Description**

**This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Operations Manager located in Guanajuato, GUA. The Plant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and optimizing efficiency. They will also be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.**

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the automotive industry
