Plant Manager

**Language Requirement**: Minimum B2 English proficiency, C1 preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity within the IMMEX framework.
- Lead and mentor plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with IMMEX regulations, including accurate reporting and management of inventories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage plant budgets, focusing on cost control and resource allocation.
- Identify and address operational issues to minimize production disruptions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Plant Manager within an IMMEX maquiladora.
- Strong knowledge of IMMEX regulations, including inventory management and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level, C1 preferred).

Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,500.00 per day
