Definition of Plant KPIs in aligned with RCF S.P.A. management. Definition of Staff KPIs in correlation with Plant KPIs. Alignment with Prodensa A&F and HR to ensure that activities done by Shelter are well integrated into Maquiladora activities. Ensuring that all personnel is receiving the correct training in order to perform the described activities. Daily chairmaning of Operations Meeting to ensure that production targets are achieved and plant bottlenecks are analyzed and resolvedExperiência y requisitosQualification and Skills: Leadership skill. Six Sigma Green Belt certified. Continuous Improvement Mentality. Knowledge of ISO9001:2015. Bachelor Degree or above.
