This includes setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.- ** Engineering**: The Plant Manager will oversee all engineering operations at the plant, ensuring that production systems are running smoothly and efficiently. They will work closely with the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize plant performance.- ** Safety**: The safety of our employees and the communities in which we operate is our top priority.
