**What you'll do**:**Operational**- Responsible for driving the safety culture and being an example in the site.
Covering all activities, either executed by own people, subcontractors, outsourced, etc.- Establishing good professional relationships & collaboration with the related Business/Division/Function and where applicable with the country organization.- Leads all entities of plant in collaboration with department managers (Manufacturing, Engineering, HR, Quality, SCM, Purchasing, Finance and others)- Drive the digitization transformation of the plant with low-cost solutions and maximize the benefit of the already implemented systems.- Leads operational activities related to manufacturing and deliveries of goods and services according all Signify standards and local legal requirements (including quality standards, environmental regulations)- Create a pace of follow-up / routine.
