General PurposePlant Managers main task is to run and continuously develop the factory operational and its financial performance.Safety has the highest priority. High quality is our standard.Plant Manager is responsible for product cost competitiveness.He/she will be responsible for HSEQ, output according to demand, absorption performance, manufacturing, local COE, production planning, procurement and ME.Plan Manager is member of R&P management team and will report to SVP, R&P Supply Chain.Key TasksRaise the factory performance in world class.Lead and continuously develop the organizationBuild organization according to R&P standardLead MO standard HR processesOptimize resourcesDevelop the capabilities in organizationBuild, maintain and continuously develop the factory management system in accordance with R&P standard management systemRegular Gemba walks to secure discipline and execution of management system on shop floor and officesIdentify deviation, define, implement and record the corrective and preventive actionReport the performance according to R&P standardRun the operationsUnderstand the demand and optimize the resources accordinglyContinuously develop the operations according to LEAN principalsContinuously standardize and develop processes with global organization (ME, sourcing, order management and ME)Provide the products to customers according to their demand.Maintain and distribute the lead times for sales organization.
