This role includes supporting the operation's overall business strategy by providing leadership and direction to the operations of the facility, building a strong, customer-oriented Production Team, ensuring outstanding products and services through high quality, competitive costs, and on-time delivery, driving continuous improvement of processes, and ensuring compliance with Company policies and all laws. The Plant Manager must be a change agent and team player, capable of introducing contemporary operational practices and creating high-performance work teams. They will have a significant impact on the company's competitive position and financial performance.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:The Plant Manager works closely with the local team to develop an operations strategy that embraces Lean Manufacturing principles.Develops a high-performance, leadership-oriented Production Team.Provides leadership and management to motivate, develop, and guide the organization toward operational goals.Directs operations to ensure compliance with quality, cost, delivery, and performance standards.Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and effective customer relations.OTHER JOB DUTIES:Fosters a safe and environmentally responsible operations environment.Maintains plant property and equipment in good condition to ensure compliance with regulations and effective operations.Builds Organizational Talent by attracting, developing, and retaining talented individuals.Mobilizes Resources consistent with organizational goals.Engages in Strategic Decision Making by securing relevant information and identifying key issues.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 10 years' progressive management experience in a manufacturing environment.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rack Integration/Configuration processes and top-level assembly.Experience dealing with Hyperscaler companies in a global environment.Demonstrated Change Leadership and Team Development abilities.Excellent communication and persuasiveness skills.Strong Business Acumen and Customer Orientation.Ability to develop Strategic Relationships.Adaptability in changing work environments.Learning Orientation and zeal for new knowledge.Excellent leadership, presentation, and influence skills.Strong planning abilities at both strategic and operational levels.Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing philosophies and continuous improvement systems.Strong knowledge of quality systems, tools, and procedures (ISO 9001, 13485, 14001).Excellent understanding of capital and expense budgets.Proven ability to solve complex problems and lead teams.Proficiency in Microsoft applications and personal computer skills
