Job DescriptionForvia, a sustainable mobility technology leaderWe pioneer technology for mobility experience that matter to people.Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesPrincipales responsabilidades:El rol del encargado de servicio a cliente PC&L dentro de una planta es emitir y controlar el proceso del área de exportaciones y comunicación con el cliente para validad calificaciones.Los principales objetivos de este perfil son:? Controlar las piezas embarcadas y las fechas de validez de los embarques.
? Analizar, entender y anticipar las necesidades del cliente, garantizando que éstas tienen un reflejo en las actividades de producción.? Programar fletes de exportación terrestre y dar seguimiento a embarques de exportación terrestre? Enviar documentos de exportación a clientes Inter compañías USA? Enviar documentos y cartas de instrucciones a agentes aduanales (mexicano y americano)? Enviar documentos de exportación a transportistas (líneas americanas)? Revisar documentos recibidos por parte del agente aduanal (operaciones de exportación)? Generar guías de mensajería y documentación necesaria ? Coordinar rutas de clientes nacionales y de exportación ?
