Welcome to Bosch.Job Description- Responsible for the coordination and management of launching new steering system OE customer projects into the production plant from project nomination (QGC0) through stable SoP (QGC5).- Manages and leads local plant team & activities for their assigned customers, coordinates with other internal functions and other Bosch external organizations to meet customer requirements, safe launch and company objectives.Qualifications- Bachelor university degree- 5+ years of previous Program Management / Launch Management experience, candidates with strong background and 5+ years experience working in manufacturing environment in engineering, production, quality or logistics will be also considered.- Languages:Spanish: Advanced- Key competences and soft skills:Leadership: 100% (You are able to manage and lead a cross-functional team to successfully launch new projects)Projects Management: 100%Communication: 100%Additional InformationBosch is constantly expanding its international presence, since for us cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
