We are currently looking for the right person to join our Quality Department.Your responsibilitiesProviding support for product and process development activities (CR)Following up on quality project development and supporting different Customer Quality Teams (AQE)Providing support during internal and external auditsAuditing production processes for compliance with quality standardsMaintaining and developing plant quality documentationIdentifying potentials for improvement by using common problem-solving methodsHandling internal and external (customer) complaintsReleasing machine and tester specificationsAnalyzing scrap statisticsPerforming traceability and tester data analysisPerforming quality audits according to defined processesEvaluating and developing SPCEnsuring that processes are followed as definedYour profileGood knowledge of automotive quality processes and tools to collect and analyze data, identify root causes, and measure results in problem-solving and process improvement (Ishikawa diagram, Pareto charts, scatter diagrams, control charts, 5 Whys?, etc.
)Minimum 2 years' experience in automotive quality engineering (customer quality preferred)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience as an internal/external quality auditor and experience in different OEM platforms is considered an assetAdvanced PC knowledge and MS Office skills are mandatoryPower BI and SAP skills are considered an assetFluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken); any other languages areconsidered assets#J-18808-Ljbffr
