This includes setting clear goals and expectations, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Engineering: The Plant Manager will oversee all engineering operations at the plant, ensuring that production systems are running smoothly and efficiently. They will work closely with the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize plant performance.Safety: The safety of our employees and the communities in which we operate is our top priority. The Plant Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive safety programs and ensuring that all safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to.Management Plans: The Plant Superintendent will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive management plans to ensure the success and sustainability of the plant's operations.
