.**Job Details****What you will do?**Responsible to assure a word class performance of all the equipment & safety devices used in JCI. Supervise directly the Maintenance Technicians & Indirect workers assigned to the maintenance department. Follow a Total Productive Maintenance Program (including Preventive, Predictive an Autonomous Maintenance methodologies), Support Efficiency teams on the shop floor, SMED workshops, Kaizen, 8D analysis, workshops & manage the spare parts warehouse. Develop the annual maintenance operating budget and control the maintenance expenses during the year. Develop overall equipment availability improvement projects to reduce down time in all critical machines.Develop cost reduction projects across all maintenance processes in the factory.Tracking the main Maintenance metrics.**How you will do it?**Implement a Total Productive Maintenance Program Implement an Autonomous Maintenance Program Schedule & Review Predictive Maintenance Program Training of Shop floor workers around TPM and Autonomous maintenance Methodologies Schedule by Software Preventive Maintenance Program, (maximo). Responsible for the annual Maintenance budget. Schedule SMED and Machine Improvement Workshops for Critical Equipment Responsible to eliminate down time for critical machines & equipment Support Manufacturing Improvements and CI projects, as they are implemented on the shop floor. Attaint all the GMOC principles direct and indirect actions. Manage & control the spare parts warehouse including the quotation, requisition and storage process. Parts will be classified according to the machine to which they belong. Coach, develop and evaluate Maintenance Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Technicians.(The maintenance team will have over 15 people reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator)Participate in the Safety subcommittee's Participate in the Safe Track program as Trainer & Auditor Participate in the ISO 9001-2000 audits. Participate in the 5 S's, JCMS, Safety and Red Tags audits. Will support the fix assets management and cycle count system guided by the Plant Controller. Participate in Continuous Improvement projects related to the Maintenance department. EHS Committee Participation Member of Safety observation program Involve EHS area prior to implantation of new and modified materials or processes. Define, implement and disseminate health and safety policy at work and the environmental policy in your area. Contribute to compliance (as applicable) objectives and targets for safety, health and environment. Participate in the review of the system. Provide resources for the implementation of the system. Participate in Training programming system. Provide specific training to different functions for the proper functioning of the EHS Management System
