**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for plastic molding projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays. Implement mitigation strategies as needed
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Resolve conflicts and address any issues that may arise during project execution
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve project processes and outcomes
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the plastic molding project management framework
- Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and innovations related to plastic molding processes and project management methodologies
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (4+ years) in project management, specifically in plastic molding or related manufacturing industries
- In-depth knowledge of plastic molding processes, techniques, and materials
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
