_**Job **_**Su**_**mmary**:_a. Responsible to manage assigned production area to achieve the goals of safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery and personnel.B. Assure the support of the service departments to the production line, making sure that they perform the function and tasks required to assure the resources and conditions to fulfill the production requirements.C. Promote the collaboration and joined effort of all the team member towards the continuous improvement.- **Primarily Job Responsibilities**:_1. Responsible for the achievement of goals of the Key Process Indicators (KPI).1.1. S- Safety and environmental (Accidents and 3Q6S gemba walks lead support team, chemical handling).1.2. Q- Quality (Scrap control).1.3. D- Delivery (Adherence to the production plan, productivity -minutes per piece- and down time of the line).1.4. H- Human Resources. Personnel management (Discipline, Absenteeism Interview and training).2. S- Safety.*Report verbally and immediately report any accident or incident to the medical department and maintenance whenever it applies.3. Q- Quality (Scrap control).*Execute escalation procedure.*Execute the procedure for material handling of none conforming material.*Perform job validation of the team members actual vs. work instruction. As applicable by line as required on the procedure of the area.4. D- Delivery.- Escalate any restriction that prevent from achieving the production goal.*Responsible to properly track daily/weekly/monthly schedule adherence.5. Overall responsibilities.*Apply, with the support of HR, internal labor regulations when there are violations such as: absenteeism, uniform use, discipline, safety, environmental, quality, production, etc.*Assure the training of the new hires and new in the operation, trained in the work instructions and Critical to Quality (CTQs), this applies also to personnel transferred temporarily or permanently.- **I.Competences required to perform the job (functional and interpersonal skills)**:_a. Professional Competences: 3Q6S Knowledge, productivity, QRQC, line process, cycle time, PDCA methodology, Poka yoke, one piece flow, lean manufacturing techniques, Tress, Ms office.B. General Competences: Leadership, communication, conflict resolution, team work, motivation or engagement tools.C. English- **II.Education**:_a. Bachelor degree in any field (Industrial engineering preferred).- **III.Work Experience**:_- a) 3 years of experience in plastic molding _**(**_necessary)- **IV.Certifications / Training**:_a. Supervision certification (as a plus).B.
