JCI has embarked on a Data strategy that focuses on establishing strong technology CoE, enterprise data management & cloud based business solutions. Platform Administrator (Visualization / BI) is an integral part of Platform & Operations team. This role will be based out of Monterrey, reporting into Data & Analytics Operations Lead.**What you will do**- Troubleshooting and resolution of issues raised by users as Support Level 3 for Power BI & Tableau- Troubleshooting and resolution of Gateway & Platform issues and performance monitoring- Administration of licensing, data source, datasets, dataflow, workspaces & reports and capacity monitoring- Governance on implementation of reporting and visualization standards- Mentor & guide technical project teams based globally on Azure platform components, Power BI, Azure analytical services & MSBI technologies- Governance & Audit on Premium workspaces for standards and promoting- Work with vendors (Microsoft, Tableau, ) on ticket creation and support cases**How you will do it**- Work collaboratively with all levels of stakeholders- Champion the delivery of advanced visualization techniques both within the business and hub execution teams- Connect with the functional and technical leads when prioritizing the technology initiatives to support analytics & visualization- Implement access security (row-level, column-level, object-level)- Building solutions to monitor, trace, log and address any/all concerns in cloud-based data platform operations**What we look for**- Bachelor of Science degree and/or Masters in Software Engineering / Computer Science or an equivalent discipline- **5 - 7 yrs
