**The Role**
We are seeking a Platform Engineer to play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our highly scalable cloud platform. You will leverage your expertise in cloud technologies and distributed systems to ensure our platform meets the evolving needs of the engineer team.
**What will I be doing?**
- Design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
- Manage and operate critical infrastructure on the AWS cloud platform.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Participate in the design and implementation of distributed systems.
- Collaborate with engineers across the organization to deliver effective platform solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies and best practices.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Document technical designs and processes.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Comprobable experience managing k8s Clusters.
Mature knowledge/experience with software development and desing distributed systems.
Strong experience with highly scalable cloud-based technology and emerging infrastructure technologies such as containers, k8s, No-SQL databases, Queues, and more.
Ability to use tools and metrics to communicate and present information in an effective and compelling way.
Strong technical aptitude and interest in technology.
