.**BASIC FUNCTION**:Planning and supervision execution of all the activities in the laboratory and chemical baths (analysis and maintenance) for the plating process.**ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS**:- Develops, supervises, and coordinates the maintenance plan for the chemical baths of the process and water treatment station.- Implement SPC and monitor closely the parameters and adjustments in production lines.- Develops and updates the YAMASUMI to balance the necessary human resources.- Coordinates the equipment calibration control and ensures the proper operation during production.- Ensures in time and form the optimal conditions of the bathrooms for the efficient start of the production shift.- Coordinate laboratory technicians based on production needs in an equitable manner and in accordance with internal work regulations.- Search and propose ideas for the plating process improvement, laboratory, and water station treatment.- Communicates to the departments of any problem that may impact the quality product.**Calificaciones**:**SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE**:- Chemical Engineering - University Degree.- A minimum of 5 years of experience of all processes involved with plating process.- Experience in laboratory and personnel management.- LEAN SIX SIGMA- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)- English 85%- Pack officeEaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
