ZF Chassis Modules is your perfect choice!We are looking to hire a PLC Programmer to join our team at Toluca.What you can look forward to as PLC Programmer:Position Summary: The responsible party shall provide on-site technical support and field service for equipment that uses or is directly affected by PLC programming.Position Responsibilities:Design and build control systems for unique devices and/or specific functions of machinery and electrical equipment on the shop floor involving PLCs.Provide day-to-day support for equipment: hardware, software and related applications.Implement standard engineering practices as well as provide detailed documentation at the completion of each process.Detect faults/errors, analyze root causes and develop and establish appropriate solutions to equipment (e.G. Fanuc robots, torque controlled tools and vision systems).Effectively communicate problems and solutions to technical and non-technical personnel.Remain abreast of changes in user and system software and hardware requirements.Track and control torque controlled strategy program settings.Train end users and maintain proper documentation with PLC's and other related equipment applications.Your profile as PLC Programmer:Mechatronics, electromechanical engineering or similar.Fluent English.Intermediate knowledge in the handling of Siemens PLC (TIA portal).Intermediate knowledge in handling torque controlled tools and Bosch Rexroth software.Basic knowledge of vision systems
