_ role involves_
- will be In-charge of holding up, developing, implementing, and managing account strategies in order to provide the business with optimal quality, pricing & delivery performance. P&L control for managing strategic accounts and will establish and maintain good strategic customer relationships in order to achieve maximum advantage for the company with the delivery of a quality product to its customers._
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage relationships with internal team members and vendors and act as a key escalation point globally for all compliance programs, projects and operational function.
- Facilitate collaborative communication between compliance areas with operational site leaders.
- Facilitate communication between operational sites and Compliance.
- Accountable for the performance of the Integrated Scorecard program, Compliance Training, related system administration
- Supervises Manager of Compliance in data driven efforts and Scorecards and other projects as assigned.
- Supports management in developing communications and presentation regarding compliance programs and initiatives
- Communicates orally and in writing to operational and senior management.
- Provide the necessary leadership and support to measure compliance against policies and procedures. Contribute to Policy and Procedure development.
- Create or revise Compliance-owned training programs based on changes in legal requirements, per legal requirements for certain training, and due to trends within Flex and within the industry.
- Work with Site Management and HR to ensure the completion of identified areas of compliance risk are addressed, controls are in place, and activities to monitor on-going compliance occur.
- Compliance vendor management.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_
- _ Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses relationship skills._
