PM Manager

**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Define the scopes and milestones of each project and align with the core team based on the target set.
- Supervise the issue findings with OPM/Quote PM/RMA PM/NPI PM teams and provide constructive solutions.
- Report the deliverables to the stakeholders and the customers in certain high-level meetings such as OPS review meeting / Quarterly QBR meeting etc....
- Factory tour when the customer visits.
**Requirements for the job**:

- **Formal Studies**: Bachelor's degree
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years Project management
- **Languages**: Advanced English
- ** Software**: Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Outlook/Project Tools

- Positive communication that could influence the core teams to achieve the target set.
