OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated production leader to ensure adherence to agreed processes and procedures in the area of Production planning.
This role involves leading a group of qualified Production planners in a local plant and managing Production order-related transactions with involved internal and external parties.
ResponsibilitiesAttend daily DGA/Production meetings and provide updates to all Production employees.Monitor Production employees and teams' performance and quality performance.Lead site ThinkSafe activities within the 3rd shift Production team through the role of ThinkSafe champion.Manage Production order-related transactions with involved internal and external parties.Ensure adherence to agreed processes and procedures in the area of Production planning.Monitor, manage, and optimize resources in the Production area.Develop, maintain, and implement procedures for the different aspects of Production.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machines, and Production line services to keep Production lines in line with KPIs.Minimum RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale Production environments with high security demands, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
