**PMO A**dmin**The PMO Admin for Amber Product Development team, will be responsible for maintaining the Internal Tracking Tools up to date. As part of the Studio Ops team, you will be a source of knowledge and support for the Development Teams, while monitoring and managing the PPM (Project and Portfolio Management) software tools (Internal tracking Tools, Jira and Confluence). This includes systems administration, problem solving, process management, training, and implementation.**Key Responsibilities**Collaborate with PMO Team, Head of Studio Ops, and Dev. Managers to:- Plan and implement project management strategies and processes, based on templates and toolsets.- Ensure the timely entry and updating of data in various tools for proper and accurate project allocation report.- Internal Tracking Tools - plan future development phases, implementation, testing, training, reporting, updating and continuous improvement.- Work cross functionally with HR, Talent Acquisitions, Sales and Finance teams to ensure the data captured in all Internal Tracking Tools is accurate and according to Company Business Strategy.- Develop and create documentation, processes, training materials and flowcharts.- Prepare weekly project status reports for Leadership review as well as different Surveys- Reports configuration, monitoring data, automating processes, scaling the business through standardization, continuous improvements, and lean practices.**Required Experience**- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a PMO Analyst in the IT/Software Development industry.- Experience working with IT projects, initiatives, process timelines and reporting.- Experience working with Jira, Confluence.- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.- Experience in Agile environments is a plus.**Skills**- Ability to analyze a range of complex data and inform on decisions based on analytical findings.- Strong coordination, organizational, analytical, and communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills.- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Ability to effectively work in a global team.- Manage multiple priorities concurrently.- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
