Join our Product team's Enterprise Product Management Office (PMO)! We are focused on efficient and impactful software development management from ideation to launch. We're looking for an innately curious business analyst, with an interest in reporting and evaluating trends on team performance, alignment with strategic initiatives, and success of launches. You will be able to work with all facets of our enterprise, from engineers to marketers, while exposing areas to work smarter with high quality. Your influence will impact some of the biggest brands in the world and their millions of viewers.This is a great opportunity to dive into the world of Project Management within a SaaS tech environment and gain exposure to both engineering and product management best practices, ways of working and prioritizing critical projects for the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support in financial tracking and reporting work for the program/project.
- Manage work plan, tracking, and analytics for the program/project execution.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of management dashboards and executive summaries.
- Support in resource management support including roll-on/roll-off, resource tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure completion of tasks such as project operations support, deliverable management, communication support, and project/service management tooling support.
- Communicate project/program management status to different stakeholders as required.
- Manage the cycle time and flow through the SDLC process via cycle and trend reporting
- Be the source of truth for analysis at our fingertips: create indices, report analytics, identify insights.
- Build up a repository of project templates both technical and management to support the Project Managers - use examples from current and past projects to identify best practice.
- Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Enforce data hygiene within JIRA and train others around the organization on best practices and improved processes.

**Qualifications/Experience**

- 3+ years in data or business analysis function for a software development firm or agency.
- High attention to detail, innately curious about behavior patterns and impact.
- Creative and strong problem solver while bringing new ideas and solutions to drive operational excellence.
- Positive attitude with a team player mentality; Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within and across teams.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Ability to extrapolate trends from data and present findings.
- Demonstrated ability to specify KPI and reporting requirements.
- Attlassian, Jellyfish and Aha! experience are musts.
- Smartsheet and Gainsight Experience nice to have.
