The PMO Analyst position is responsible for operating key Project & Portfolio management activities within the Global Delivery team. The role reports to the Global PMO Lead and will have a focus on on supporting and improving projects, programmes, portfolios, governance and proceses supported by PMO. Focus areas will include PPM tool exploitation; data collection / presentation / analysis; planning; risk & issue best practice; resourcing and charging; and execution of the team Communications strategy. The role is also responsible for identifying and working with the PMO team to drive Continuous Improvement activities across ETS & IT, as well as adopting & driving OneIT & Sustainability principles. Additionally the role will follow established project management standards and contribute to continued development of the project / programme management capability.**Typical Accountabilities**- Lead and streamline the processes supporting the management of project / programme budgets (annual and quarterly) for the large investment programmes, including forecasting & tracking across the portfolio, optimizing the resource recharge process, and ensuring adherence to purchasing policies- Help drive team adoption & exploitation of PPM tools, including improving the user experience, optimizing data quality, and developing & owning of functional and executive level dashboarding- Support the implementation and operation of governance approaches for ETS projects and programmes, including activities, resources, costs, roles, responsibilities and quality as defined in the IT Project Management Methodology (ADF).- Help build and support reporting mechanisms across the Delivery team, feeding into executive level Management Information summaries such as Tier Reporting- Support effective risk & issue management, ensuring processes are in place and effectively used.- Support operational interfaces with the S&P Organisation- Support Project Manager adherence to all standards including ADF, quality, and compliance, as well as processes, defined technical capabilities, and best practices.- Execute internal IT communications plan for the Delivery capability- Support critical portfolio and business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports and dashboards on ServiceNOW and Power BI.- Analyze portfolio data and transform collected data into information and develop predictive insights- Works collaboratively with:- _ PMO Lead to identify, plan and execute Continuous Improvement opportunities_- _ Key Delivery Team stakeholders & leaders to continually assess & uplift internal PMO Operating Model _- _Delivery Team Project Management community to implement and optimise critical PM methodology standards_- _ Cross-functional AZIT PMO and PM best practice resources & forums_
