Join PepsiCo as the **Senior Manager for the PMO Center of Excellence (COE)**, where you'll drive the digital transformation that shapes the future of our business.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge digital/data solutions and our internal Transformation teams to deliver strategic, scalable, and impactful programs.

**Your Impact**

As the **PMO COE Senior Manager**, your responsibilities will include:
**Strategic Partnership**:

- Collaborate with the Transformation Program Leadership and Deployment teams to shape agendas, roadmaps, budgets, and Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
- Align digital and business goals to ensure strategic outcomes are achieved.
**Governance & Oversight**:

- Lead governance councils, develop governance content, and manage stage exits against established criteria.
- Centralize project tracking, reporting, and documentation to maintain transparency and accountability.
**Performance & Delivery**:

- Monitor project progress, including change management, value realization, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee go-live and deployment readiness while ensuring scalability across markets and functions.
**End-to-End Project Management**:

- Develop and manage project roadmaps, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and mitigate program interdependencies and risks while maintaining a focus on outcomes.
**Center of Excellence Leadership**:

- Ensure adherence to COE project management standards, including methodology, playbooks, tools, and responsibilities.
- Capture lessons learned to enhance future projects and facilitate knowledge-sharing across teams.
Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?
**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with a passion for transformation, innovation, and collaboration.
**Required Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field; MBA preferred.
**Experience**:

- 8+ years in financial, supply chain, or transformation roles with deep expertise in cost transformation strategies.
- Proven program and project management experience, leading cross-functional teams through complex, multi-geography initiatives.
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management, change management, and business transformation across various functions.
- Supply chain experience is preferred, along with management accounting knowledge.
- Prior experience working with global teams and navigating diverse cultural landscapes is a strong advantage.
**Skills**:

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
