We're a dynamic team that seeks to innovate and propose improvements for SANOFI, both in ways of working, processes, products and certifications._- Main responsibilities:- Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan. Driving operational coordination across functions in the country.- Ensure that all team members understand their roles and accept their responsibilities.- Monitoring project progress and performance. Escalating feedbacks and issues as needed to Project PMO, Regional PMO & even Central teams.- Preparing regular status reports to stakeholders.- Work closely with Local Workstream Leaders to ensure the project meets business needs.- Report on change management status and update management on resistance to be expected and faced.- Close follow up on the performance of activities with team members.- About you_- Experience: Desirable 6 months of experience developing similar activities.- Technical skills: Monitor project progress and flag risks, follow up to ensure that the project is delivered on time, participate in the stream's meetings, maintain a constant interaction between project team and stream leaders, manage relationships with a wide range of groups.- Education: bachelor's degree- Languages: Spanish and high proficiency in English (Both speaking and writing)- Pursue progress, discover extraordinary- Better is out there.
