- Portfolio Management- Proactively and continually work with stakeholders and project leaders to Identify Business Goals and Strategy.
- Responsible for the intake and prioritization of the projects that will enable the achievement of the Strategic Plan.
- Generation of processes, tools and best practices for resource allocation.
- Holistic view of resource availability and resource demand for committees' decision making.
- Management of the project management software and project collaboration tools for resource capacity.
- Responsible to lay the foundation for cross-functional collaboration.
- Program Management- Manage the timely and correct reporting at the project level to enable the holistic view of the Program.
- Responsible for updating the PPM Tool and for getting accurate and on time data from the project teams.
- Responsible for creating Dashboards and reporting.
- Create and conduct presentations for all ranges of departmental and corporate leadership, including Executive level presentations.
- Responsible for keeping the PPM Standard Operating Procedures, methodologies, formats and tools up to date and available to project teams
- Responsible for tracking and reporting the projects benefit realization (tangible and intangible) (during and after the projects are completed.
- Measure project benefits to validate how well the portfolio governance team selected the right projects.
- Enable feedback to help improve project selection (lessons learned).
Engage the Stakeholders Everywhere Possible to Keep transparency across the organization.
- Education & Communication- Work closely with project leaders to educate on the 3PM's (Project, Program and Portfolio) best practices

- 10+ years of work experience in multiple sectors (Agriculture is a plus)
- 8+ years' experience working with cross-functional teams and leadership 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager
