This includes establishing the necessary policies, processes, alignment of resources, metrics, and developing deliverables to maximize the effectiveness of the projects. Reporting to the GSC leadership team, this position will help set the strategic direction and influence the success of the global supply chain.The PMO Specialist will work with functional departmental management to ensure programs are getting the necessary visibility and support required for success, starting with a business case, and ultimately including approvals, launch, timing execution of key defined milestones, and eventual full production.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Provide business case for prioritizing high-impact opportunities establishing links to business strategies and sustainable process improvement.- Establish, lead and execute projects, provide day to day operational direction as necessary to ensure the teams deliver on their commitments.- Ensure aggressively realistic schedule are established with input and commitment from core-team members; risks are identified, managed and mitigated through the commercialization.- Work with a broad range of management levels ranging from individual contributors to Executive Leadership Team. They will lead and navigate complex projects through to completion while managing multiple stakeholders.- Provides timely and accurate information to senior management and the core team, regarding project plans, status and needs, accordingly; work with functional management to ensure organizational alignment, resource needs and provide input regarding team members' performance.**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:- A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience implementing supply chain projects, driving change and leading strategic initiatives with factories, suppliers, Lean, processes, and/or manufacturing equipment.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
