Pmo One Roof

The Mission of the position is to deliver the One Roof project in Mexico
- Animate the steering committee with regular update
- Alert/escalate problem to the steering committee when necessary
- Drumbeat each subdepartement project in line with department responsible
- Perform Benchmark with other One Roof in the world to ensure best in class practices
- Propose new R&R in line with the new organisation
- Develop factual KPI to properly assess the workshare (and cost share) of each entity
- Perform regular communication toward key stakeholder regularly (quarterly at MDs level / Monthly at entity level / weekly at department level)
- Define with each department the matrix of SoD for each process which are transferred to the Shared Services
- Change Management
