This position will be responsible for transformation within the project management team focusing on Auditing Project data in IGS's PMIS tool. You will use your project/organizational skills to be accountable for management of various audit requirements and process improvement needs derived from the audit data. You will be in a visible position requiring direct interaction with peers and leaders across multiple disciplines. Your work will vary depending on the organizational needs therefore requires you to work in an agile work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and assess performance; identify problems and institute corrective actions as required. Identify, track, and manage risk.
- Ability to facilitate and lead/transition projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
- Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
- Responsible for communicating program requirements to support personnel (Engineering, Finance, Quality, Material Control, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and other organizational elements) throughout program lifecycle.
- Responsible for understanding and interpreting customer/business requirements to work in partnership with customers/business towards derived solutions and leveraging existing solutions.
- Perform training gap analysis and creating training plans to address the identified gaps.
- Record and communicate lessons learned from each program.
- Manage and evaluate financial and technical trade-off analyses required for scope changes in a program.
- Responsible for the direction, oversight, and outcome of all assigned programs.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
3+ years of project management or auditing experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related discipline
Effective Project Management and execution skills
Experience working in a matrixed project organization
Ability to travel up to 10%
