**JOB SUMMARY**
This job description covers the skills & responsibilities for the Sr PMO Analyst position, responsible for:
- Being accountable for maintaining relationships with suppliers & key stakeholder to ensure that EES Supply Chain
G&Os are met.
- Actively participate in the end-to-end JNJ EES Supply Chain PMO team focused on driving efficiency, operational
capability, and other sources of supply chain improvements across the broader organization.
- Support end to end EES Program Manager in developing and managing the portfolio of Supply Chain strategic
projects to drive Quality, Growth, Delivery and Cost improvements globally across the EES Supply Chain
organization.
- Establish, collect, analyze, and present monthly and/or quarterly metrics and facilitate scorecard reviews
including risk management and corrective action processes and tracking of action plans Implement standard
best practices for project management, measurement, and prioritization.
- Establish and facilitate governance forums including establishing the appropriate cadence, timing, agendas,
participants, tracking and documentation of actions plans. Leading, coordinating and facilitating execution of all
critical paths of the E2E Supply Chain.
- Anticipating issues and delivering critical projects solutions for E2E supply interruptions, alternative material
solutions and mitigations to accelerate the flow of critical products, reduce customer impact.
- Prepare reports, purchase orders, supporting all administrative functions. Coordinate credo survey logistics.
Comply with safety policies and procedures.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conducts studies, performs research, and prepares reports.
- Administrate purchase orders.
- Ensures compliance with rules and regulations.
- Responsible for supporting all administrative functions for operations department.
- Experience to include but not limited to, presentations, meetings, and events coordination, etc.
- Must coordinate credo survey logistics along with local credo champion.
- Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities listed may be assigned.
- Follow J&J Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules,
Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records, and third-party vendor if applicable.
**Qualifications**:
**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**
8+ years' experience in a project management position or equivalent.
- Engineering bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field.
- Demonstrated knowledge on medical manufacturing principles and practices, and procedures.
- Experience in medical industry project validation.
- Ability to work cooperatively with coworkers and the public.
- Ability to perform duties in accordance with policies and procedures and in to comply civil rights requirements.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and
AFFILIATIONS
- Must be fluent in English (speak, read & write).
- GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
- Ability to maintain good interpersonal relations at all levels of the organization.
- Capability Analysis.
- Ability in using the software related to the activities described spreadsheets, presentation, and word processing.
- High level of discernment and understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes to have foresight to key risk
areas and expertise to support risk mitigation.
