As Sr.
Specialist, you will support in the execution of plans to introduce new vehicles and make changes to current production vehicles.This executive will analyze and challenge R&D, Manufacturing, Purchasing and several other functions the technical and economic feasibility for current and new programs.This position will clearly and logically explain the market and financial information to local and global entities, by translating all data analyzed into executive presentations and materials.
**Key Responsibilities**:Ensure all projects follow the development process in good cost, quality and time, achieving financial targets.Make sure and challenge functions to commit to target figures, specially focused on cost and vehicle presence in different markets.Validate price changes for all model years in several Americas' markets.Secure M&S expenditure targets are met.Manage multiple complex projects at same time and introduce methods to enhance the current processes.
**Education/Certifications**:**Bachelor degree**: Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or similar) or Business-related.Previous Work Experience**Professional Experience**: +2 years in the Automotive Industry or Program Management background in other Industry.
Desired experience in planning departments, financial analysis or similar.Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**Language**: Advanced level of English.
**Travel**: 30-50%**Must have**:Capable to understand, manage and explain financial data (Total delivery cost, Operational Profit).Strong analytical and negotiation skills, focused on conflict resolution and problem solving.Excellent planning and organization competences.Database management.Attention to accuracy and detail is mandatory.Driver's license.Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.Strong analytical skills.
