.PMS Robot Specialist will be responsible to coordinate the management of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance, standardization of SMP, SOP, Machine Ledger and AM calendars documents of your technology. Inventory management ensuring that spare parts are available. Maintain and audit correct compliance with maintenance activities to achieve > 90 % OPE of equipment assigned.Develop projects to reduce the Transformation Cost. Update and develop NNM projects. Creation of maintenance workshops for robots technology. Coordination of technical training to meet the required levels 5 welding instructor to train personnel and technicians in robots responsible for managing resources to prevent online production losses using SPW methodologies. Accomplish the support and analyze execution of battery tray and package components within their process.Will organize Plant & Quality resources in order to efficiently lead efficiencies on the implementation of projects during Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling and Closing processes for new equipment, trial production & launching and improving operations KAI's & KPI's. Support Toluca Battery Package as a leader within the organization, implementing Early Equipment Management (EEM) Pillar through application of principles and tools supporting other clusters.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Robotic, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Aeronautical, Controls, Systems, ChemEng, Physics or related engineering field from an ABET accredited/equivalent university.Proficiency communicating in technical English language.
