Plan and Coordinate all Technical requirements concerning PMTEC and other exercise requirements.- Operates simulations systems to include installing, configuration and updating software when required.- Ensures the integration of hardware, software, programming, and database tasks.- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures for system design, programming, documentation, and testing.- Monitors system performance and takes corrective actions when required.- Reviews all program documentation and ensures compliance with hardware and software system configuration management policies.- Ensures all communications between servers, local and remote sites, and clients are fully operational.- Responsible for supporting on-site system testing to insure interoperability solutions between US, Korean, Japan, and other coalition simulation models- Coordinates the identification, resolution, and correction of hardware and software problems.- Provides 24 hour coverage during exercise periods to include working shifts when required to include night shift.- Demonstrate a keen understanding of the importance of the need for exceptional customer-contractor relationships.- Demonstrate a keen understanding on how simulations interoperate.- Maintains 100% equipment accountability.
