At Kyndryl, we want you to keep growing, and we'll provide plenty of opportunities to make that happen.**Your Role and Responsibilities**As a member of the Global Government Affairs and Communications team within Kyndryl's Corporate Affairs, you will:Government Affairs/PolicyWork with the Head of Global Government Affairs to build and drive a government affairs and regulatory strategy to support Kyndryl's brand and reputation in MexicoBuild an engagement strategy working with consultants and other key partnersDevelop trusted relationships with relevant government officialsEngage and manage policy campaigns and initiativesBuild relationships with key associations to help inform Kyndryl of key public policy issues, support Kyndryl engagement in Mexico and support Kyndryl policy objectivesSupport the Kyndryl Mexico teams in developing a strategy and executing on opportunities for growth of the businessCommunicationsWork with the regional communications team and local leaders to support brand awareness and cultivate an engaged workforce in Mexico by keeping employees connected to Kyndryl's strategy and cultureWrite and review blogs, talking points, FAQs, social media posts aligned to corporate messaging that tell the Kyndryl story for the media and external stakeholders.**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**Government affairs/policy experience, or time in government (or associations); project management/organization; ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at once.**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**Experience in IT and/or tech industry.**Required Education**Bachelor's Degree**Preferred Education**Master's DegreeKyndryl is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
