Polimeryzation Technician

As a POLYMERIZATION TECHNICIAN you will identify the critical variables of operation with greater process control in reactors to make decisions and implement preventive and corrective actions.**Key Responsibilities**:- From a Bachelor Degree + 1 training acquired in Technical degree or unfinished university (maximum 50% credits)- Experience in chemical reactions and operation of valves (manual, automatic, pneumatic, etc.)- Experience in performing resin and solvent processes: centrifuges, weighing materials, inks, reactors- Good Lean Manufacturing Level (Gemba, Kanban, Pull System, 5´s,TPM,VSM,etc) and ERP type Oracle- Good safety and health practices**Qualifications**:- Control and monitoring of reactor processes- Process flow management (KANBAN)- Development of Lean Manufacturing system and continuous improvement- Tracking of production orders- Directing the process control procedures in the production of polymers- Decide on it efficient use of available resources**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
