Polymerization Technician

As a POLYMERIZATION TECHNICIAN you will identify the important variables of operation with greater process control in reactors to make decisions and implement preventive and corrective actions.You will report to Resins and reactors Senior Lead**Key Responsibilities**- Control and monitoring of reactor processes- Process flow management (KANBAN)- Develop Lean Manufacturing system and continuous improvement- Track production orders- Direct the process control procedures in the production of polymers- Decide on its efficient use of available resources**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering- Experience of 1 years working in Chemical Industry or Manufacture- Knowledge in chemical reactions- Good Lean Manufacturing Level (Gemba, Kanban, Pull System, 5´s, TPM, VSM) and ERP type Oracle- Good safety and health practicesLI-Onsite**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way****We partner with customers to create mutual value.
