Pool Area Cleaner
A Pool Area Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the pool area and delivering towels to provide a great experience for guests and members while managing customer issues and performing regular deep cleaning tasks.
**What will I be doing?**
As a pool cleaner, you are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the pool area and delivering and stocking pool towels to provide an excellent experience for guests and members. A pool area cleaner will also be needed to manage customer issues and perform regular deep cleaning tasks. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Ensure cleanliness of all room hallways
- Ensure the cleanliness of all pool areas.
- Carry out lost property procedures
- Manage customer service issues quickly and effectively
- Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks, for example, monthly deep cleaning and washing the pool area.
- Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel's management
