Portafolio & Innovation Coordinator Ufs

WHO ARE WE?WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Develop future innovation platforms for our operator groups: Chains and CPUs- Develop and deliver new products upon full-funnel marketing objectives- Work closely with the Global and LATAM teams to enable development and deployment from/to other markets- Work closely with our culinary team, key account managers and consumer insights to oversee the identification, development, and production of new products responding to our target operator group needsWHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:- Higher professional education / university degree: Marketing, Industrial Engineering- 2-4 year experience in Marketing preferably in a B2B environment- Proven experience in Brand Development and Innovation- Managing workload and leading multifunctional teams (will be running two or three complex projects at any one time)- Analytical and structured problem solver.- Great interpersonal and leadership skills to get things done- Highly organized with great attention to detail- Resilient and able to work in a highly demanding and changing environment- Innovative and creative thinker with ability to initiate and manage own projects with outstanding execution- Eager to learn new things, explore opportunities and find solutions with the resources available- Proficient in English, written and verbal communication skills- Experience in Digital Marketing is a plusNOTE
