The Portfolio Acceleration Manager role will support the LATAM region by defining the portfolio strategy and accelerating the deployment of Global Winners! We are looking for a strategic portfolio manager and energetic problem solver who can collaborate with multiple teams. This role is an excellent opportunity to exhibit skills in project management, market development, customer centricity, portfolio strategy, and organizational organization.Reporting to the Global Director of Portfolio & Innovation, this position will be based out of Queretaro, Mexico on a hybrid work program.What a typical day looks like:Define the portfolio strategy for LATAM (i.E., launch range, price pack architecture, and innovation pipeline) aligned to category drivers, competitive context, and consumer insights.Build the Brand Story and Portfolio recommendation for Customers' launch/range review meetings.Deploy the Global Winner portfolio in LATAM by working as a bridge between the global team based in USA/CAN, and the local team based in Mexico.Work together with the Regulatory lead in Mexico to speed up the registration process for new products.Strongly collaborate with the local multifunctional team (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Category and Regulatory) on the Brands' launch and growth plan.Identify and raise Portfolio needs for LATAM through NPRs (New Product Request) and/or IFR (Issue for Resolution) in periodic PMR (Portfolio Management Review).What are we looking for?BS in Marketing and/or Business10+ years of experience in CPG; Marketing and/or SalesGlobal Brand and/or portfolio managementProduct development and commercialization experienceCustomer's range review experiencePrior experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI, Spins)
