.**Sub-Director Portfolio Management, EWI, IFRS9 & Stress Test****Role purpose**:To lead the strategic management of the LAM IFRS9, ECL calculation, understanding, reporting and models analysis and interpretation. Responsible for Mexico Portfolio Management, economic sector Risk / Return analysis, early warning framework across the different portfolios and responsible for Wholesale Credit Stress Test framework, both for PRA and local regulator. Challenging, as users, both TTC and PiT models seeking for constant improvements. Also, participates in the development, oversight and tracking at portfolio aggregated level of all the credit process automation process.**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**- IFRS9 data interpretation and analysis, adjustments (inbound, outbound and O&U) and responsible for the entire monthly process and controls, and quarterly governance; - Portfolio management and oversight, sectorial analysis and trends tracking; - Early Warnings identification and tracking in order to feed with analytics for the business, credit approval team and/or WWM forums (E.W. framework, S&M dashboard, etc.); - Delinquency tracking to anticipate deterioration and comply with DoD- Analysis of portfolio movement and trends; - Wholesale portfolio AOP running and analysis; - Responsible for PRA and Local Stress Tests, analysis, trend identification, adjustments, review with senior management and final submission; - Credit Approval process automationRequirements**Functional Knowledge**- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, Analytics, or Engineering; - **Deep knowledge of data management, analytics, interpretation and trend analysis**; - **Knowledge of Industry sector analysis fundamentals; **:- **Credit Risk Analysis knowledge**:- Experience in risks / credit, reporting, data management and project management; - High level of analysisand ability to negotiate and communicate; - Demonstrated ability for strategic decision making; - Numerical and analytical skills; - Innovative thinking;- Ability to question and propose solutions that add value; - Fully bilingual.**Others**- Adaptability to changing environments; - Ability to work under stress / Strong Resilient; - Experience working as a team; HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and where their opinions count.
