Join us and be a part of a company that's making a difference in the world.Your responsibilitiesEngage with Portfolio Boards on demand maturity (Projects, Change Requests, etc.)
and facilitate quarterly board meetingsUnderstand, anticipate, and influence customer demand for FLS-IT support and build a demand pipeline covering 2-3 yearsEngage with key project stakeholders to formulate and communicate the business case, scope of new programs and projects and maintain an updated roadmap for each Portfolio BoardManage Portfolio budget, financial performance review and reportingEnsure the change review board is operative for review and approval of minor IT enhancements and follow-up for delivery.Work closely with the IT control tower for regular Portfolio status reporting and seek guidance on program/project prioritization across portfoliosEnsure efficient communication, governance structure and processes which take care of the business needs and align demand with existing capacityHandover projects from Portfolio Board approval to Program and Project Management team for project planning and delivery and enable that services are delivered according to the agreementsWork closely with the Project management office for Program/Project financials and reportingWhat you bringBachelor's or master's degree in either engineering, finance, business administration, information systems, or equivalent education or work experience10+ years of experience from portfolio management or management consulting, involving roadmaps and tactical work aligned to strategic objectives, preferably within Finance and/or Procurement in manufacturing.At least 5 years of experience working with global stakeholders in an international environmentOutstanding stakeholder management and communication skillsExcellent English skills, both written and spokenAs a go-getter with a positive attitude, you're driven to optimize processes and challenge the status quo.
