Position: Group Chat Maintenance RepresentativeLocation: Remote, Work from HomeJob Responsibilities:We are looking for responsible and patient remote online group chat maintenance representatives, to join our team. As an online group chat maintenance representatives, you will provide high-quality service to customers through online chat, answer questions, resolve issues, and maintain customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:1. Handling customer complaints, tracking issue resolution progress, and ensuring customer satisfaction.2. Assisting customers with order completion, payment processing, and other related operations.3. Recording customer feedback promptly and assisting in optimizing products and services.4. Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer needs are properly addressed.Qualifications:1. High school diploma or higher, with preference for those with customer service experience.2. Excellent communication and written skills.3. Strong sense of responsibility and patience, able to handle work pressure.4. Proficiency in using computers and common office software, with fast typing skills.5. Ability to adapt to remote work, with good self-discipline.6. Native or fluent Portuguese speaker. English proficiency is a plus.7. Own a computer that can be used for work.Working Hours:6 days a week, 12 hours a day.Compensation:- During the three-month probation period: $400 per month.- After probation period: $500 per month.- Eligible for KPI performance bonuses up to $300 per month after probation.We look forward to you joining us and providing an excellent customer service experience!
